Lawsuit threat against me – I have been exposing Roy on the internet for 20 years since he swindled me on my page . Roy wants to get back into business as he needs money with his make believe houses on his website – to take more deposits but my website exposes him. He hired a law firm that sent me this email demanding that I remove the webpage. I will not of course. With all the documented proof of his crimes he is welcome to take me to court.
Exposing Roy on the news – A WPLG reporter, Terri Parker that I have worked with for over a year wants to do a story on Roy on his victims. Now that Roy has been shown by the feds that he is scamming people (start r4eading at page 4) the station can do the story. Please let me know if you are willing to go on camera and I will get your contact information to the station. I know once the story airs more people will come forward and it will force Law Enforcement to take action. My question is how could he do this for so many years with all the supposed protections against real estate scams? I will be going on camera of course. Who else will join me?
Sending Roy to Prison – Want to get Roy in prison? Roy’s ticket is waiting if only a few people will file a criminal complaint like this one. Roy was arrested and released for one simple reason – The Palm Beach District Attorney did not know that this was done to others. I was told that had they known about all the victims that Roy would be have been prosecuted. They also said that the victims have to come forward as they DO NOT investigate (which I am very surprised to hear considering all the evidence against Roy). Read this whole file very carefully and you will see for most of the victims it is just a replay with the same real estate contract used. Roy proved the proof he ripped you off already by including your in the bankruptcy filing.
