Has anyone every used nick dan fundraising for investing money? i could not find anything besides his LinkedIn profile. Normally I would expect to find an LLC that I can see all the information or some kind of a webpage or even just a Facebook page. My concern is that I see the State of California has rules about this – https://labyrinthinc.com/california-fundraising-registration-requirements/ . I think it is important in this day and age to know the background, education, and any credentials of someone if you are going to involve them with any kind of financial decisions being made for a company.
